Casserole Ingredients
- 1 Package (6) of English Muffins
- 10-12 slices of Canadian Bacon (Steak, sausage or regular bacon can be used).
- 8 Eggs
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
Instructions
- Tear muffins & meat into pieces and place in a greased 9X17″ pan.
- Wisk eggs with milk and onion powder and pour over the muffins and meat.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Pre-heat oven to 375º
- Bake Casserole for 40 minutes and prepare Hollandaise Sauce below.
Hollandaise Sauce Ingredients
- 8 Tbsp. Butter (1 stick)
- 4 Large Egg Yokes
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon juice
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
Instructions
- Melt Butter.
- Beat in egg yokes.
- Add Cream and Lemon.
- Microwave on high until thickened. (*Note – We usually do in 1 minute increments stirring in between).
- Stir in mustard
- Pour over casserole immediate or refrigerate for use later.
***This is an easy and fantastic Hollandaise recipe for other things as well.
The 3-Picture Tutorial
1. Make the casserole recipe the night before.

You can use any type of meat or vegetable on top!
2. Make the Hollandaise sauce while the casserole is in the oven – or create it the night before and reheat. (4 year old helper – optional).

This is a great sauce that can be used on vegetables too!
